Spin and Run

It was an early workout this morning - shortly after 6am and I had planned on a morning run but -17 changed my mind in a hurry. I headed to the basement (where it also felt like -17) and alternated between kilometers on the treadmill and the spin bike. On the bike I sat for a minute then did standing sprints for a minute. I had never attempted this workout before but judging by the sweat I burned a few calories. It was a good start to the day.
